The Dragon Riverside City apartment project in District 5 was formerly known as Saigon Green Energy Tower, owned by Saigon Electricity VIVA. Started in 2011, but due to the divestment process of Vietnam Electricity Group, the project could not continue as originally planned.
However, in 2014, the Dragon Riverside City apartment project in District 5 was revived thanks to the money of Sovico Holdings (the parent company of Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company). And now Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company is the main developer.
