Duc Hoa Town, Long An Province – May 19, 2025 – This morning, a groundbreaking ceremony for the Vo Van Tan Secondary School was successfully held in Duc Hoa Town, Long An Province. The event was jointly organized by the Duc Hoa District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. This landmark project signifies a new phase of development for the local education system, featuring a modern, sustainable, and environmentally friendly design.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including: Mr. Truong Tan Sang, former Politburo member and former President of Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Hoang Dinh Can, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Mr. Pham Tan Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and former provincial leaders from various periods.
The project boasts a total construction area of 11,609.62 square meters. The design clearly defines functional zones, encompassing 45 theoretical classrooms, 13 specialized subject rooms, a library, a multi-purpose hall, and an outdoor sports area. This comprehensive layout is designed to fully meet the learning and extracurricular needs of 3,400 students.
NAGECCO, acting as the design consultant, has brought the vision of "Creating a National Standard Educational Space" to fruition. This was achieved through meticulous research into national educational standards, local natural conditions, and cultural nuances.
The Vo Van Tan Secondary School will not only be a place for nurturing knowledge but also a symbol of the harmonious integration of education and sustainable architecture. The successful completion of this project will significantly contribute to enhancing the quality of education in Long An, while also affirming NAGECCO's prominent position in the field of educational facility design consulting.
