The Kizuna 3 factory project was designed in 2018 and completed in 2021 with a total floor area of 118,6200 m2 on a land area of 84,619 m2 located at Lot K1, Road No. 1, Tan Kim Industrial Park Expansion, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province. And the Kizuna 3 factory project also won the 3rd prize - Industrial Architecture Award 2024.
Kizuna 3 factory area with modern design ideas, minimalist shapes, materials suitable for the function of the project and space that meets lighting conditions and small compartments are adjacent to motor vehicle roads through buffer space - yard. The land has been leveled to a minimum elevation of +1,900m, currently the industrial park infrastructure traffic is completed, creating favorable conditions for construction, as well as technical infrastructure of the traffic network.
The factory blocks are arranged in a north-south direction to limit direct sunlight into the entrance and exit areas of the factory, affecting the working time of workers, divided into 3 parts:
Factory part: With 5 blocks divided into 2 development phases according to needs.
Technical part: Divided into 2 convenient clusters serving 2 development phases according to the project plan and arranged in a convenient location serving the construction works of each phase.
Auxiliary part - canteen: Includes dining area, break area for workers, and rest area for drivers and is arranged at the entrance and exit of the main road, road number 1b, in the expansion project.
The architectural block solution of the factory building is formed to be symmetrical with the existing Kizuna 3 factory buildings. The block formed shows the function of using industrial buildings and the factory buildings are arranged in a monolithic block with gable highlights. The roof top is arranged with a wind-moulded block rising from the main roof with 2 open sides to create a heat escape for the space in the factory. The technical block is designed depending on the individual function but in harmony with the overall block of the whole area. The material solutions and architectural rhythm of the building are coordinated to create the style of a modern industrial building, meeting the vision of the Investor.
