Entering the new period, the research and design work was greatly influenced by the new policies of the Party and the Government. Many new phenomena affecting urban areas require planning work to be studied in order to have satisfactory, practical and feasible solutions.
In order to maximize resources and take advantage of opportunities, the Institute plays an increasingly important role in helping the Ministry of Construction in guiding development nationwide under the leadership of:
