Ho Chi Minh City, August 23, 2025 – This morning, in Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly part of Binh Duong Province), the groundbreaking ceremony of the AVA CENTER project was solemnly held, marking the beginning of a new architectural landmark in Vietnam’s modern urban real estate landscape.
