On the morning of March 30, 2026, the topping-out ceremony for the KTL.A3 Center for Policy Research and Development was officially held at the University of Economics and Law (VNU-HCM). This event marks a significant milestone as the project completes its structural phase, impressively reaching this stage 21 days ahead of schedule.

Once completed, the KTL.A3 project will stand as a modern educational facility, enhancing the university’s capacity for research, training, and policy development.
