Ho Chi Minh City, August 8, 2025 – This morning, at No. 04 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Ward 12, Binh Thanh District, National General Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (NAGECCO) was honored to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the Social Housing Construction Project. As the construction supervision consultant, NAGECCO – CDCs consortium is committed to providing the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence for this special social security project.
The project, invested by the Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Projects, one of the great efforts of Ho Chi Minh City to solve housing needs for low-income citizens and policy beneficiaries. The project has a total floor area of up to 80,318.96 m², with a height of 20 floors. This development stands as a landmark project celebrating the the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, demonstrating the city’s dedication to improving the living conditions and well-being of its residents.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by representatives from the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, the Project Management Board, as well as partner organizations and contractors. The event marked an important start for a project that is expected to contribute to improving living conditions and social security for hundreds of households.
