On the morning of July 26, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Setia Gardens Residences project took place successfully at EcoXuan urban area, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province. The event was honored by the presence of representatives from the Consulate General of Malaysia in Ho Chi Minh City, local leaders, the Board of Directors of the investor SP Setia (one of Malaysia's leading real estate conglomerates), along with Phuc Thanh General Contractor, consulting and supervision units, subcontractors, and numerous distinguished guests.
This ceremony marks a significant milestone in the project's implementation, demonstrating the strong consensus and close cooperation among all participating parties. It also serves as a vibrant testament to the increasingly robust partnership between Vietnam and Malaysia in urban development and construction.
The project comprises three towers ranging from 27 to 28 stories, featuring modern and convenient designs. It includes one basement level for parking and technical facilities, along with three amenity floors integrating entertainment services, fitness facilities, and community connection spaces. The project offers a total of 865 apartments of various sizes and commercial shophouses on the ground floor, catering to residents' shopping and service needs.
