Foundation option: With the scale of the project and due to the geological tectonics in the construction area, the Long Hai area has thin rock seams, uneven thickness, the depth appears to change continuously, the pile foundation option DTH drilling D600 combined with D400 is the most suitable option in terms of feasibility and economy for investors.
Entire reinforced concrete column, beam, and floor frame system. To optimize the space of the hotel lobby, basement restaurant and first floor, the reinforced concrete transfer beam solution on the second floor is used to reduce the number of columns.
Ballroom requires a span of 22m, the structural plan uses a 2.2m high steel truss system to meet architectural requirements.
