National General Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (NAGECCO) has officially completed its role as the Construction Supervision Consultant for the SPX Express Automated Sorting Center project, located in the BDIP Premium Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province. This is not only a large-scale logistics infrastructure development but also a testament to the shared commitment of NAGECCO and its partners toward sustainable growth.

Developed by Frasers Property Development Services (Vietnam) – Binh Duong Branch, the project is situated on lots D1–D5 of Phu Tan Industrial Park, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province. The facility, classified as Class II, with a warehouse floor area of 25,025 m² (Garnet 1) and is designed with one floor. In the role as construction supervision consultant, we ensured that the project was executed in strict compliance with all required technical standards and quality benchmarks.

Collaboration, Quality, and progress
Throughout the construction process, NAGECCO worked in close coordination with the Investor – Frasers Property (Vietnam) and the Design & Build Contractor – SOL E&C. We focused on strict supervision to ensure the project meets the highest technical standards. At the same time, strict progress control helps the project to be completed on schedule, while we also continuously optimize solutions to enhance the project’s operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
With extensive experience in construction supervision, NAGECCO’s team of experts played a vital role in the project’s success — particularly in addressing the complex technical requirements of a modern, automated sorting center.

One of the impressive highlights of the project is the achievement of EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) - an international standard recognizing green buildings for their efficiency in energy, water, and material saving solutions. This achievement aligns perfectly with NAGECCO’s philosophy: “Building Quality Projects – Towards a Sustainable Future.”
