On June 13, 2025, the Party Committee of National General Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (NAGECCO) solemnly held its 15th Party Congress, marking a new chapter in the company's formation and development. This significant political event took place in a dignified atmosphere, demonstrating the high spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the entire Party Committee. The Congress was honored by the presence of Comrade Duong Thi Hong Gam, Member of the Standing Committee of District 1 Party Committee, Comrade Bui Van Thinh, Member of District 1 Party Committee, the Company's Board of Directors, and all Party members from affiliated Party cells. The full attendance and high sense of responsibility of the delegates contributed to the success of the Congress.
The Congress reviewed the implementation of the Resolution from the 14th Congress, acknowledging outstanding achievements in leadership, management, and business operations. Additionally, the Congress candidly pointed out limitations and shortcomings that need to be addressed, drawing valuable lessons learned. Based on an analysis of the new context, NAGECCO's Party Committee identified key directions and objectives for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on:
- Enhancing the leadership capacity and combativeness of the Party organization, promoting the vanguard role of cadres and Party members.
- Boosting business operational efficiency, applying technology, and improving the quality of consulting services towards sustainable development.
- Strengthening discipline and internal solidarity, building an advanced corporate culture, and fostering cohesion between the Party Committee and employees.
Electing a New Party Executive Committee – Gathering the Will for Innovation
One of the important agendas of the Congress was personnel work. With a spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, comprising outstanding comrades with strong political virtues, high professional capabilities, and a spirit of dedication, representing the common aspirations of the entire Party Committee.
