On December 20, 2025, the Destino Centro project officially reached a significant milestone as Tower T1B completed its structural framework and was topped out on schedule. This event not only affirms the reputation of the Developer and the Contractor but also demonstrates the professional partnership of NAGECCO in its role as the Supervision Consultant for this project.
The Destino Centro project is being developed on a land area of 21,565.5 m², with a total gross floor area of up to 149,912.85 m², comprising 5 tower blocks, 20 storeys, and 1 basement. It is a modern high-rise commercial and residential complex, expected to become a landmark in the central area of former Long An Province (now Tay Ninh Province).
Throughout the construction process, NAGECCO has carried out its supervision duties with rigorous standards, ensuring quality, safety, and progress for every work item. From the concrete structure to the finest finishing details, every stage has been strictly monitored to meet the highest technical and aesthetic requirements.
The on-schedule topping out of Tower T1B not only confirms the capacity and credibility of all participating parties but also establishes a solid foundation for the next phase of the project.
